Acquired in March 2026 through the purchase of 100% of a Cypriot company, Droushia Heights is a 48-room hotel set on a mountain shoulder above Polis Chrysochous, overlooking the Akamas peninsula and the Mediterranean. The transaction included an adjoining 10,000 m² development plot with capacity for approximately 2,500 m² of additional build area.
